Skinwalker Ranch is a cattle property near Fort Duchesne in Utah's Uinta Basin where a family reported UFOs, mutilated cattle and lights from midair "doorways" in 1996, after which Robert Bigelow bought it. File D174 in the Pentagon's October 2026 UAP release, the April 2010 Utah Ranch Investigation report by his Pentagon-funded contractor BAASS, records more than 25 local witnesses to orbs, a dog-like creature that ran on two legs, trolls and a giant maggot, plus cameras, radio sweeps, biosensor plants and a plan to communicate through games. D174 redacts the ranch's name; a BAASS memo in file D173 and news coverage call it Skinwalker Ranch.
