Flat-Earth ice-wall discourse treats the Antarctic Treaty (signed 1 Dec 1959; in force 23 June 1961)—especially Article VII advance-notice and inspection rules south of 60°S—as institutional gatekeeping that blocks independent perimeter travel; adherents cite the public ATS text alongside tourism-permit practice.

On a bluff in Adams County, Ohio, an earthen serpent more than four hundred meters long coils through grass and interpretive signs. Frederic Ward Putnam’s late-nineteenth-century restoration made the effigy a public monument. The Ohio History Connection stewards the site today. The National Park Service holds it as a National Historic Landmark.

William Carpenter’s 1885 Baltimore pamphlet *One Hundred Proofs that the Earth is Not a Globe* packages zetetic anti-globe arguments adherents still cite. LOC/Internet Archive/Gutenberg preserve the text; Proctor-era reception refused it as cosmology. Contested/L2 documents the pamphlet and reception without baptizing Flat Earth as true.

USS Scorpion (SSN-589) was lost 22 May 1968 with ninety-nine dead; a Navy Court of Inquiry could not ascertain certain cause. Later FOIA releases of inquiry and advisory materials, plus ONI-associated acoustic analyses (e.g., Rule), contest explosion and mechanism readings. Soviet-attack folklore is labeled contested. Contested/L2 keeps Navy doors primary without sealing a single cause.

A Seti I temple panel at Abydos shows overlapping glyphs that, after plaster loss, resemble a helicopter and other craft to modern eyes. Griffith Institute records, ARCE’s Abydos King List, and Calverley/Broome epigraphy frame a Ramesses II palimpsest over Seti I—not aircraft. Verdict stays contested: palimpsest vs paleocontact claim; the Archive does not assert helicopter-as-fact.

A SDNY jury convicted Ghislaine Maxwell on five of six counts in December 2021; she was sentenced to 240 months in June 2022. Adherents cite trial exhibit families (flight logs, message pads, residence/island photos) as the usable public file. In 1898, on Olof Öhman’s farm near Kensington, Minnesota, a stone slab turned up in aspen roots. Its runic inscription claims a party of Swedes and Norwegians reached the region in 1362. The slab is real. The medieval voyage is not settled history. Local museum prestige in Alexandria, mid-century Smithsonian display episodes, and Minnesota identity symbolism pull one way.

Project West Ford (Lincoln Laboratory / DoD) released copper dipoles to form a passive orbital scatter belt—failed dispenser in October 1961, successful May 1963 Millstone–Camp Parks links. Nature/Science and NASA ODPO records document astronomy protest and remaining undispersed needle clumps.

WHO diagnostic-testing guidance and CDC/FDA assay IFU doors situate RT-PCR as NAT detection with known limits. Adherent “casedemic” readings treat high-Ct/mass testing as manufacturing cases. Seventeen known basalt colossal heads—ten from San Lorenzo, four from La Venta, two from Tres Zapotes, and one from La Cobata—anchor public memory of the Gulf Coast Formative societies archaeologists call Olmec. Faces differ; helmet-like headdresses recur; tonnage implies quarrying and transport systems capable of moving multi-ton blocks across the lowlands.

Linear A is the still-undeciphered administrative script of Minoan Crete, used in the second millennium BCE on clay tablets, roundels, and inscribed stone and metal objects across palace and secondary sites.

Under the modern village of Sayburç in Şanlıurfa province, excavators working in 2021 opened a Pre-Pottery Neolithic communal building carved into limestone bedrock. On an interior bench they found a ~3.7 m horizontal relief of five interacting human and animal figures; Eylem Özdoğan published the panel in Antiquity in 2022 as narrative art from the ninth millennium BCE.

The Nugan Hand merchant-banking group collapsed into Australian liquidation in April 1980. Commonwealth–NSW Joint Task Force volumes and the Stewart Royal Commission final report (June 1985) document company structures, auditors, offshore barriers, and examined CIA-involvement allegations. CIA-run-bank folklore remains contested and outside any documented/L1 seal.

Spanish ufology split between J. J. Comet Ping Pong at 5225 Wisconsin Ave NW in Washington, D.C., owned by James Alefantis, became the geographic focus of Pizzagate after Podesta-dump readers tied fundraiser emails to Instagram art posts, basement rumors, and the 4 December 2016 armed visit.

J. J. Benítez's 1983 book El Ovni de Belén applies UFO hermeneutics to the Matthean star and Nativity tradition—later echoed in Caballo de Troya 12: Belén (2022)—a documented Spanish interpretive claim inside Catholic-vs-ufology culture wars, not an astronomical proof that the Magi tracked a spaceship.

Pan Am 103’s destruction over Lockerbie (270 dead) is documented. Megrahi’s Camp Zeist conviction (2001), 2002 appeal uphold, SCCRC referrals, 2021 High Court posthumous appeal refusal, and DOJ’s 2020 Masud Statement of Facts form the official spine. Contested exhibits—timer fragment, Malta identification, disclosure—remain live arguments. The Archive refuses closed-book certainty and framed-as-fact baptisms under contested/L2.
